Biography
For over 40 years, Armand has been an advocate for those suffering personal injuries from auto torts, on-the-job injuries and serious injuries and death from companies manufacturing distributing and supplying asbestos containing products. He was involved in what was at the time in 1990, the largest consolidated asbestos case in the United States. For over 25 years, Armand was the lead negotiator for asbestos cases for the firm. He served as Plaintiff's Liaison Counsel in asbestos litigation and also served on multiple Asbestos Claimants and Trust Advisory Committees regarding asbestos companies bankruptcy proceedings. Armand retired in February, 2023, however, still does consulting work for the firm and is Of Counsel to the firm.
