Biography
Until his retirement in 2024, Tom was a senior litigator at Peter Angelos Law for over 58 years. Currently, Tom is Of Counsel to the firm and serves as a mentor and union liaison. During his time with the firm, Minkin established and led the product Identification department, which was largely responsible for the firm's many multi-million dollar verdicts.
Minkin formerly served as chairman of the Baltimore County liquor board for 8 years. Additionally, he was a Gubernatorial appointee and served as a member of the Judicial nominating commission for Baltimore County for 8 years.
Throughout his career, Tom litigated thousands of cases, including automobile accidents and criminal cases in virtually every jurisdiction, both state and Federal, within Maryland.
